Pasco Supervisor of Elections Announces
Special Election for State Senate, District 21
Pasco County, FL – Brian E. Corley, Supervisor of Elections, announces that Governor Ron DeSantis has scheduled a Special Primary Election on August 18, 2026, and a Special General Election on November 3, 2026, for State Senate, District 21. This district encompasses approximately 143,000 Pasco County voters in 43 precincts. The special elections are required to fill a vacancy created in the Florida Senate. The special elections will coincide with the previously scheduled 2026 Primary and General elections. Voters will have the opportunity to vote by mail, during early voting, or on Election Day at their assigned precinct.
All Vote by Mail requests must be made each election cycle. To request mail ballots for the 2026 election cycle, visit PascoVotes.gov or call 800-851-8754.
Per Florida Statutes, only voters residing within State Senate, District 21 are eligible to vote for this contest. Information on which precincts are in Senate District 21 can be found on our website at PascoVotes.gov/precincts/precinct_list_by_district.php. Voters may check their voter registration status, including their precinct number, at PascoVotes.gov/voters/am_i_registered.php.
